  1. I miss Call of Duty: United Offensive multiplayer. :(
  2. I'm pretty sure Windows 7 had a lot of compatibility problems as well when it was first released.
  3. No, the next one will just be called Microsoft TV.
  4. XBOX ONE BECAUSE XBOX NUMBAH ONE
  5. I agree with the previous statement. Though not having a subscription is kind of nice.
  6. Probably not. I like it enough for now, but I can see myself getting bored of it within the next few days. So I'll play it for the weekend while it's free, but I really doubt that I'll be buying it.
  7. Free weekend on Steam for Defiance if anyone is interested. Figured I'd give it a try. Not too bad so far.
  8. I thought he was going to complain about having received terrible service at the store.
  9. Suppose that does make sense. I often try to use the swords as my primary, so it is sort of annoying having to draw it every time I want to use it. I got to the point, though, where I know just about how long it takes to use the charged attack, so I can sprint through a room of normal, non-heavy enemies and slice them all up with charged attacks without firing a single shot. I do agree that it totally has that ME3 feel, though you have to admit that it is a bit different in that you actually run around in a much larger level on Warframe, rather than running in circles in a relatively small map as you do on ME3.
  10. Didn't feel like it. Those calculations were just calculations. I have no idea how the card actually runs and what sort of speeds you actually get. I suppose you wouldn't need Windows 8. It was just what came to mind. You could get Windows 7, or XP, or whatever you want. You would need a new copy of some sort of operating system though because each license is registered to your specific motherboard. So if you get a new motherboard, you have to get a new copy of Windows. Yeah, it sucks, but it's an anti-piracy measure. Pretty sure that's how it works, anyway.
  11. Really depends on how much you're willing to spend. You would need to buy a new copy of Windows as well. I went looking around at parts for myself last night, just out of curiosity, and it came out to about $600 total for a new third generation i7, a new motherboard, 8 GB of memory, and a new copy of Windows 8 Pro at the student discount. $519.19 for the parts: CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116502 Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130645 Memory: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231314
  12. GTX 650 Core Clock: 1058 MHz 1058 MHz x 25% = 264.5 MHz Core clock of your old card: 666 MHz GTX 650 Effective Memory Clock: 5000 MHz 5000 MHz x 25% = 1250 MHz Effective memory clock of your old card: 1650 MHz
  13. At least now you have a new card for when you do finally upgrade your CPU/motherboard.
  14. I think I remember seeing that it's planned to come out in the fall?
  15. I managed to get onto the pad and tried to jump from it to the other cliff. I fell because, in my drunken state, it looked closer than it actually was.
  16. No, that would be taking the work out it for him.
