We had just captured the Freyr Network compound from the raw recruits that the NC left to garrison the base, when NC Population Spiked as the alert hit. After capping the point, Ordo was counter-attacked by an air based outfit. Three Liberators, suppoting fighters, and a Galaxy that unloaded drop troops, and provided gunship support. Ordo fought them off as best as we could, delaying their progress into TR Territory. Eventually we were pushed back into the Transverse. While shaking off the initial shock of the air attack, We managed to knock down some aircraft and pop some additional ground support armor. At one point, we had one second on the clock and we were able to fight our way to the point, stall the clock for 10-15 seconds while we hunted down and cleared the last NC from the point, then flipped it back. On the map, Territories around us were flipping blue and some lesser willed NC Left the fight at the Transverse to go fight elsewhere, slowly evening the odds. We sent a few people back into the network compound to hack turrets and harass NC while we waited for the point at the transverse to recap. With half of NC chasing after cloaked infiltrators and playing flip the point, Ordo was able to push NE back into Freyr Network Compound and then retake the base in time to see TR re-link with the squad and push on into Freyr Amp."
