with it being a beta that will get whiped I would suggest people explore the game and factions so they can get a better idea for votes ect. I say do what you want for the weekend beta :P d

it looks amazing, visually. I also hear the story is great. Though I have heard from many reviews that the game is essentially an "interactive movie" in the sense that in the demos they played it was literally impossible to fail the 'quick time' events of which the game is mostly made up of. When asked about it, the developers essentially said they dont want gamers to get frustrated while playing the game so they get maximum enjoyment of the plot and visuals. So its not exactly aiming for the hardcore gamer market.

Preferably find some remote or otherwise aesthetically pleasing area for the city. It would suck to just be crammed near the mobs

I floundered around a little last night, xoza was able to get me set up with some basic clothes and a backpack. Enough to start my SWG re-venture. I dont have any concrete plans for what im going for. Just reliving nostalgia on occasion atm. Tentatively planning combat medic/doctor but thats not in concrete.

Visible. I was actually surprised. Granted, I was in coronet which is the "big city" of the world but there were a ton of houses just outside the city and I saw plenty of people.

While I am like, full on hard-on for this game, My only issue is the lack of population. If there was a hefty population I would jump on it.

Good News!: They are canceling based on alpha feedback that it didnt feel properly command and conquer with the free to play setup. There is a good potential they are going to bring in a new team and "get the game back on track" so it may be a legit $60 purchase Generals 2 now
