Me too! See now those servers look amazingly fun.

Get the RIA/Armscore and never look back. Their QC has improved plenty over the years, and its well worth the asking price. Otherwise try and find a Springfield GI (Bud's is out of stock it appears), or possibly a Loaded for the next tier up on 1911's. If you're branching away from the M&P, don't bother with the XD. Can't say the polymer CZ's are all that amazing, but their 97 and 75 are really sweet guns.

My point was that was the only prominent feature of the tablet, that it ran their new OS, as opposed to going over whatever the hardware specs are. I think the one thing we don't need are more gigantic smartphones that can't be used to call anyone.
-
A big part of it is probably the software integration. They casually mention integration with Xbox or whatever other media. Not sure I've even heard the specs on the Surface, unless its written somewhere. They are trying to be sneaky and hide it like Apple, because hardware is totally not important as they've proven!
-
I'm sure thats like, introductory rates, but one doesn't usually set the price that high on a sort of 'pre-order'. I mean, its cool to have special titles and all that, and perhaps a good portion of that cost are the extras involved, but at the base level, it's still quite expensive, with no real monetary value to in-game funds they plan to use.

Well at least he played it off better than that previous iPhone unveiling where there was no connection to use Facetime or whatever he was demo'ing.
-
It's the direction all games have come over time. That price is a little steep though!

I'd say that Surface tablet thing falls under the newer line of 'ultrabooks' or whatever the market is wanting to call them. Windows 8 is their cross-platform ideal solution that runs just as well on the portable ARM processors, and they intend to push it to PC, portables, and smartphones. Looks kind of silly to me on a PC though. The original Microsoft Surface demos were pretty cool though, even if not entirely feasible in the open market. Although I do wonder how well that super thin keyboard thing works.

The only thing I could see holding back the concept of google glasses is that its a worn accessory that won't fit people who aren't used to such a thing. An electronic halo of sorts is super cool, but it would be something people would wear only if they are used to it, much like bluetooth headsets currently. Completely hands free is certainly the future though!

I want those google glasses so bad And that Docomo Evangelion phone is so awesome, but a little expensive to import. Comes with NERV themes, clocks and backgrounds.

I find it enjoyable to play all the other classes, since they have a little origin blurb for each with all different voice actors. Totally kicking myself for not naming my wizard Azula. It is definitely more fun with other people though! Even if the difficulty is severely ramped up.

I think their only real setback is going up against other similar games (in terms of theme and playstyle) like Starhawk and whatever else is out. The EVE connection probably won't really matter whatsoever other than the hardcore players, so it has to be a better shooter in some way. The one thing it DOES have is supposedly native Keyboard and mouse support on PS3, which I guess nothing else has thus far?
-
Right, all the classes have some sort of movement skill, utilized in a defensive category. See unlike barbs who can take a hit, the rest of us ranged classes simply can't. Thus circle-kiting. Or if you've got enough map to backtrack, drag everything across the field that you've already cleared while using abilities that deploy a damaging object (like Hydra, or any sort of slow/pain field). Otherwise it's just a matter of avoiding green or firey pools of doom under your feet constantly by running out of the way.
-
I guess all it really comes down to is circle-kiting, no matter the class. That, and finding weapons of proper level to go up against enemies that are for your level, but you have gear 10-20 levels behind.

I cackle and go "Feed my minions! FEED!!" as my gargantuan zombie, zombie dogs, and the spider horde engulfs my enemies.
-
Really not fond of Demon Hunter after Normal mode. Even if you bump all evasive skills, there are too many instakills on the field. Witch Doctor is super fun though! Stacking AOE DoTs galore! Damage is ridic.

Just like everyone's day 1 excursion...

And its right in the realm of ridiculously expensive! Sadly, not yet available for pre-order anywhere else I have seen. />http://www.bestbuy.com/site/BORDERLANDS+2+UBER+EDITION+-+PC/5059594.p?id=1218609330321&skuId=5059594&st=borderlands%202&lp=2&cp=1 Amazon appears to have a nice pre-order bonus, however.

I'm not even that big a fan of the series and I'm picking it up. Seems fun!

Hey, if WoW can do it...

Only real problem with not instanced dungeons is that then it will simply be a matter of waiting for the next spawn, which was never fun. Dungeons in TES have always been fairly linear with a set number of enemies, bosses, and loot locations, so either they'd have to be entire worlds themselves with plenty to do, or it'll just be a huge camping waitfest.

There are definitely a lot of mechanics that really only worked when NPCs were involved (stealing and stealth). If the graphics are dumbed down, its going to seem a bit pointless compared to just about any other MMO currently. Even if they develop some magical system that will still allow interesting physics here and there with player interaction, there doesn't seem to be much more to it. Nevermind the fact that people continuing playing it because of the modding community...

LL made avatar headstanding a skill-based activity. Got rid of those annoying people who thought they could 360 headstand no scope without MAD SKEELZ.

When SL updates were every other day. In a time before third party viewers.
