I want to print an AR Lower or buy and mill out an 80% AR Lower. Decisions, decisions...

  The 3D Printed ones will last for a bit but you'd need a SLA Machine to do it like others have. Other methods are not as strong of materials.
  I'd go with an 80%, but you'd need the fixtures and tooling to get it done. Also unless you are good with a manual machine or have access to & can program a CNC, the time, effort and money isn't worth it.
