I have modified our covenant to make three changes/clarifications: - entering areas covered by blue shield doors is no longer allowed; enemy should focus on objectives, not blackscreening us in our spawn. - clarified that mid-air dodge rolling is not cool. - clarified that firing on ground targets with primary guns on a high speed air vehicle is not cool.

If minimap and your ability to alt-cam were disable-able, then it'd be worth discussing.

Please be certain to stick to the fundamental rule: the OIC is the only chief during combat. As such: - do not add needless chatter; - do not issue comments that are contrary to the OIC's standing orders-- send it to the OIC and let them decide; - be combat informative-- do not be afraid to call things as you see them, but be certain there is pertinence to it: example being "target north" versus "their gun is lagging us"; - follow your divisions SOP-- but do so within parameter. For example: if an enemy takes off in a plane, not all Astra should jump into the air at once. Quickly clear it with the OIC before taking off. If OIC is unresponsive, go up and communicate with OIC after threat is down.

In order to be correctly regulated, an action must be policeable. By technicality, it is difficult -- if not impossible to police the use of client based enhancement features. For example: the use of ARC scores, wireframe, et cetera. It is the position of the Ordo Imperialis that members should strive to be as fair and respectable in every combat interaction, as such, we do not condone the use of client based enhancements. Realistically, we are entirely unable to reliably detect use of such features and can reasonably expect wide use among enemy contingents, however we should strive to be as genuinely fair as possible. In short, if you opt to utilize ARC scores or other client features to gain an edge in combat, do not advertise it.
