For several years now, Legates Lestat Umarov has maintained and grown Terra from a division just over a hundred members, to an organization pushing well over two hundred. Under his command, the professionalism and grade of staff increased exponentially. After a long bout of service, Legates Umarov has opted to step down to focus on his education. Although Mr. Umarov's presence will be greatly missed among the command staff, he has been awarded the permanent prestige of an honorary Centurion. To fill his shoes, Centurion Firefox Breed has been tapped and affirmed as of 22AUG10 by a quorum of Terra command. He will, effective immediately, assume overall command of Terra. Mr. Breed has actively demonstrated his capability as an officer and his steadfast desire to contribute to Terra and the Ordo at large. I can say without a doubt Terra is within very good hands.
