  8. Thank you for your polite words to me in IM. There will always be a place here for you if you decide your new avenue/running dungeons in WoW gets boring. Thank you for your time and dedication.
  9. I hope you've made up your mind this time. Good luck.
  10. To add. Former enlisted, as per the fact they would not have COM access, would not be privy to COM chatter.
  11. Former officers may still use their HUD and com. Former enlisted may not wear combat armor, correct.
  12. Jester Spearmann is the newest addition to the administratio. As of today, he has been elevated to W-1 within the Terra command tree. He will maintain command of his octet for time be, while focusing on adiutor duties.
  13. >>> The Ordo Imperialis >>> Aeternus - Regulations and Practices The Ordo Imperialis - Aeternus is the Ordo Imperialis "retiree" group. Individuals within Aeternus have served within the Ordo Imperialis for at least six months and have ended their career honorably, opting out of participation within other organizations to maintain a "retired" status within the Ordo Imperialis. Aeternus have a special status within the Ordo Imperialis. They are neither civilians nor entirely members of the organization. There are two "types" of Aeternus: former administratio and former enlisted personnel. For the most part, the permissions granted to either are relatively the same, spare a few crucial differences. I. Former Enlisted - NOT members of the main Ordo Imperialis group. - Permitted to be armed with the approval of the standing OIC on region; not to exceed small arms (assault rifles/handguns). - May participate within the defense of the region with approval of the standing OIC; subject to the OIC's authority. - May be dressed in their former dress attire if desired; not armor. - No rank authority; subject to the orders of standing administration while on region. - May be behind the security perimeter or within the general area (any area within the region that an enlisted individual would be allowed within). - May maintain access to Ventrilo. II. Former Officers - May remain in main Ordo Imperialis group. - Permitted to be armed; privilege may be revoked within reason by standing OIC; not to exceed small arms (assault rifles/handguns). - May participate within the defense of the region with approval of the standing OIC; subject to the OIC's authority. - May be dressed in their former attire if desired. - No rank authority; subject to the orders of standing administration while on region. - May be behind the security perimeter or within the general area (any area within the region that an officer would be allowed within). - May maintain access to Ventrilo. At any time, Aeternus status becomes null and void if the individual participates within another military community organization. Aeternus status may be revoked on reason of disrespect, failure to adhere to standards listed above, or other general abuse of Aeternus privileges. Aeternus status may be re-established with the approval of the Imperator.

  15. Thank you all for volunteering! I've passed over effective lead of the project to Mizar Korobase. I will let him decide how large or small his team will be. Again, thank you guys!

  17. By the graces of Lestat Umarov, the idea to build a comprehensive NCO academy was set in stone some many months ago. Unfortunately, Mr. Umarov's expertise has been required in other fields and the project has been put on the back burner. With his blessing, I have taken the initiative to spearhead the revitalizing of the construction of the academy. The purpose behind an NCO academy is to prepare NCO's with the difficult work of being a veteran-- the idea behind leadership, policy enforcement, conflict management, and finding how to use NCO status as a path to provide for the Ordo. In addition to Lestat Umarov's continued oversight, I have collected a team together to begin fact finding and establishing a better idea as to how to proceed. Zero Itamae, Xayvien Rau, Mizar Korobase, and Jason Backer are on board. The reason for this post? I would like to offer the chance to any of my senior NCO staff or officers to participate. I will likely only pick a couple from the list, so as not to over-complicate. If you are interested, just denote it here! I plan on getting everyone situated and started on working by Monday.
  18. The opportunity has arisen for those interested in becoming a Schola Instructor. Several of our former instructors have bowed out to focus on other paths, so I would like to find two individuals to join the Schola teaching staff. As an instructor, you are tasked with the vital process of preparing future generations for their membership within the Ordo. It is a demanding position that requires a lot of time and dedication to be successful within. Individuals who are interested need only drop a comment here! Minimum requirements to participate in Schola are as follows: 1. E-3 standing within the Ordo Imperialis; 2. Able to devote several hours weekly to teaching cadets; 3. Able to maintain a professional class atmosphere; 4. Prepared to make a detailed teaching outline based upon a pretty extensive material list; 5. Able to keep up to date and assist future instructors with their induction.
  19. That'd be cool. I'd be fine with that. @ Trevor: he liked it.
  20. Purposely creating a separate military faction while maintaining membership within the Ordo is treason. None of them outwardly announced it. They were caught and I confronted them, only then did they leave the Ordo. It'd be like is Syl Kiranov decided she wanted to make Sylarmy, didn't tell anyone, recruited other Ordo members, and then quit after being caught doing it. Because that's precisely what happened. They gambled, tried to recruit more Ordo, and those Ordo they solicited went "... uh. That's . . not right."
  21. I'd be 100% okay with it. This'd be very helpful.
  22. Good new, 39th Blackwatch is open for combat again. They look forward to fighting us!
  23. >>> The Ordo Imperialis >>> Unlocking Equivalents? The idea was proposed a couple weeks back during a meeting. Should our weaponry (maybe only explosive and heavy weaponry) unlocks extend into purchased weapons? Currently, we do not allow for the use of jetpacks (for example, a purchased one from Syl) unless you have already unlocked the Ordo jetpack. Should this extend into the use of heavier weapons, such as the Fury of Saints? For example, if someone wanted to use a rocket launcher (approved, of course) he or she purchased, he or she would have to already have unlocked the Ordo equivalent. Thoughts?
