[16:12] Steeltael Lykin: Thank you squad members, for attending another meeting of Rapax. As always please hold questiosn

and comments until a time has been offered.

[16:14] Steeltael Lykin: Not much to say, our new schedule is rolled out and distributed. There will be a few changes and

adjustments with the addition of a few new members. Let's all welcome Ellis Geddins & Voncloud Akros as the absolute newest

members of our squad. Make them feel at home!

[16:14] Steeltael Lykin: Take a minute to add them to your friends list. and throw them a offline IM saying hi

[16:15] Steeltael Lykin: As always, our squad is changing, growing and becoming new again really. If you have goals, or

aspirations and want help in reaching them, IM me, and tell me what you want to accomplish. I will do my very best to assist

you in achievin all your goals to the best of my power.

[16:17] Steeltael Lykin: Earlier today we had a very large, successful and well attended combat practice session. However,

with the addition of so many new members as of late. It has become required to go back to training on some of the basics

again.

[16:18] Steeltael Lykin: Points of focus will be familiariing ourselves with weapons and their functions beyong the point

and click killing, medic teleports and their importance. , paying attention during combat to changing circumstanceson the

field. movement, grenades and communication

[16:20] Steeltael Lykin: Believe it or not, you guy's are a entirely different squad since I became CO.

[16:20] Steeltael Lykin: in roughly 21-22 weeks, B-2 has evolved, All of its old membership have transferred into other

career's in the Ordo.

[16:20] Steeltael Lykin: It's good to see so many new faces all at once!

[16:22] Steeltael Lykin: To continue a project started last meeting. I'd like to invite all the members of B-2, to send me a

notecard reccomending some internal sqaud position.

[16:22] SirCorn Alter: For us or for someone else?

[16:22] Steeltael Lykin: This can be as simple as a official greeter. or a ambassador to other squads. the point is to

exercise your imaginations based on what you know so far!

[16:22] Steeltael Lykin: for us.

[16:22] SirCorn Alter: I mean, for *me* or for someone else in the group

[16:23] Steeltael Lykin: Well, For everyone in the group really. Even fi you sent me a idea already

[16:23] Steeltael Lykin: it never hurts to send another.

[16:24] Steeltael Lykin: Send me a notecard, with the name of the position. And the general outline of what that persons job

would be. what duties were expected. and requirements to be considered for it

[16:24] Steeltael Lykin: This is just a exercise in thinking, and design. A soldier should be well rounded. Not just a grunt

with a gun
