[17:05] Steeltael Lykin: As always. Today I'll ask that you keep comments to yourself until a chance is given to state them. Raise your hand with questions or comments.!

[17:06] Steeltael Lykin: Alright. Let's start off with introductions! I'm a firm beliver in people getting to know one another. Especially when your a unit.

[17:07] Steeltael Lykin: I'm Steeltael Lykin, I joined the Ordo Imperialis back in April last year and have been the CO of B-2 since July. I enjoy fantasy novels like LOTR, Guitar music of almost any kind. And faithfully serve the Imperator. My favorite food is ribeye steak.

[17:09] Footman (exterminatus.footman): Hello. I am the XO, or, in layman's terms, second in command of B-2 Rapax. I have over four years of experience in this community in both combat and administrative roles, and this is my second tour of duty in the Ordo. Most of you are already familiar with me, but to those who are not, I look forward to working with you to build upon both your careers and the Ordo Imperialis as a whole.

[17:16] VondCloud Akros (voncloud.akros): Mmkay, So im Voncloud, Still a fairly new member of the Ordo and proud member of the Rapax, currently trying to specialise in heavy weapons to be the Rapax Heavy guy so to speak. Im also an Avid Rper working on 2 Rp sims and rping in one called Lismore. im also 100% British beef so dont be surprised at my accent. Im also going to be alittl ein active as of thrusday as my partner is expecting our 2nd baby.

[17:20] Xiolin Skytower (xiolin.furlough): Hi, I'm Xiolin Furlough. This is my first tour of duty for the Ordo Imperialis as part of the B-II Rapax. Graduated from Schola Feb. 9th, 2011. Since then have been mostly defense line for Titan. Other experiences I have is about 1 and a half years of VICE combat with U.S. Army and NATO Coalition Forces. Mostly ground forces with NATO, and leading/coordinating their troops. One last note is that I'm probably not just the only tiger, but the brightest in Ordo, so I will consider you blind if you miss me coming. x3

[17:20] Tatyana Kiznetsova (kaska.czarny): I am Kaska Czarny. I have not been in the Ordo for very long, but I have already established my position as a Magister. I want to work with armoured vehicles someday. I am considered a good fighter by some, and a great friend by many. I have served with many militaries, a seasoned veteran of SL combat, and more or less a historical artifact. I am a long time roleplayer and am currently attending college for a degree in game design. By the time I graduate I hope to have enough college credits to enlist in the Army as an E3 to an artillery unit.

[17:22] Jeffery Worbridge: Hello all, I am Milites Worbridge. I recently enlisted into the Ordo Imperialis on February 9th, and so far enjoying my tour. I am now a Armatura graduate, and going to fulfil my goals in the military community. Some of you may know me for my service with the Merczateers, spent over a year there serving as a Correction's Assistant. In my spare time I like to read Greek Drama and study different forms of Literature. When not working I also eat strictly organic food and do not believe in drinking milk when cows are given added hormones (:D). In addition I like to play Chess, and of course I have the pleasure of serving with all of you, for the glory of the Imperator.

[17:26] Steeltael Lykin: As you guy's know. We have been developing a logo for the group. And we narrowed it down to a few choices and then toke a vote.

[17:29] Steeltael Lykin: Recently it has coem to my attention that many of you want to be more productive. And to have more responsabilities or duties.

[17:30] Steeltael Lykin: Because of this, after careful discussion with the XO. I have decided to open two additional positions within the squads infrastructure.

[17:31] Steeltael Lykin: The first position was previously occupied by Exterminatus, As the Training offical within the squad. A person to organize and conduct combat practice or skills training sessions with your fellow squad members.

[17:31] Steeltael Lykin: I am opening this position to anyone of the rank E-3 or higher.

[17:33] Steeltael Lykin: If you are interested in leading sessions with the team. Write a notecard and send it to me. Telling me why you are the best choice!

[17:33] Steeltael Lykin: oh. and send it to Footman too.

[17:33] Steeltael Lykin: The second position.

[17:34] Steeltael Lykin: I love new members. I love helping you guy's and I'm always here for you. so is Exterminatus.

[17:34] Steeltael Lykin: But I want someone to step up to the plate to help brand new members of the squad adjust to life in the Ordo. Be their mentor, their buddy during their first couple weeks.

[17:38] Steeltael Lykin: Our logo project has so far shown alot of progress and participation. or cooperation of various members in their creative talents.

[17:38] Steeltael Lykin: Our next project will be to exercise our writing talents!

[17:39] Steeltael Lykin: When you joined the group. I sent you all a Welcome letter.

[17:39] Steeltael Lykin: I want to expand on this. And I want you all to work together to write a "Guide" to the Rat Pack.

[17:40] Steeltael Lykin: This is voluntary obviously. And it is intended for you to all work together on it. Those that participate

[17:40] Steeltael Lykin: this is mainly about me finding out how you guy's all feel about Rapax.

[17:41] Steeltael Lykin: This project will begin Monday and will end 30 days from then.

[17:41] Steeltael Lykin: So. its a long term co-operative project.

[17:41] Steeltael Lykin: And we will likely have more projects along the way in addition to it.

[17:42] Steeltael Lykin: Alpha Squads:

[17:44] Steeltael Lykin: Rapax, B-2. The Rat Pack, Whatever you want to call it. Our unit. our squad. We are a alternative. We do things a different way and involve our members differently. We strive to be the best that we possibly can be. We seek excellence and we have high standards.

[17:45] Steeltael Lykin: But, We are not any better or more importantly any worse then anyone else in the Ordo. We all have great capacity for growth and change. But despite the things we do, the advantages we have or the disadvantages we have. We are all equals. I am not someone you serve under. I serve with you.

[17:46] Steeltael Lykin: Likewise. When you look at your career and think about where you want to go. Make sure you are making a informed decision on your career path.

[17:47] Steeltael Lykin: If your ambition leads you way from our squad. Thats okay, But I encourage you to look at the reasons you have for moving to another area or unit. And to fairly compare what Rapax offer's versus the alternatives.

[17:48] Steeltael Lykin: Either way. Your happiness and success is my business. And anything that affects it is my business. You may always speak to me about your goals. And I, along with our XO, will do our best to help you achieve precisely what you desire.

DREAMS AND AMBITIONS

[17:50] Steeltael Lykin: Alright then. I'd like us to share a little bit about our ambitions and goals. our dreams for our time here.

[17:50] Steeltael Lykin: Remember. no goal is to big or to small. As long as its for the right reasons.

[17:51] Steeltael Lykin: Hokusai, What are some of your goals for your time here?

[17:53] Hokusai Otsuka Ronmark (hokusai.otsuka): Honestly, just to have fun. MAYBE when time warrants a position in Schola or the Munitorium. Other than that, just really not pushing to get anywhere in a big hurry. Not looking to burn myself out again.

[17:54] VondCloud Akros (voncloud.akros): The goal of having Fun i can relate to with Hokusai, but as far as career goals are concerned, Im wanting to specialise in heavy weapons snipering and Armor, and im following up all channels to do so

[17:54] Steeltael Lykin: thats Great! and very within your grasp!

[17:54] Steeltael Lykin: Xiolin!

[17:57] Xiolin Skytower (xiolin.furlough): Like the other two said..to have fun. And along with that fun, making friends that one can rely on for support and guidance. Other than that, become a good leader in Ordo and to show the new people coming in how great it can be to be part of the Ordo, and to show them what accompliisments they can achieve ^^

[17:57] Tatyana Kiznetsova (kaska.czarny): I hope to simply be useful, a go-to person. I simply want my work to be useful and appreciated. In as well as out of combat.

[17:57] Steeltael Lykin: Awesome!

[17:58] Jeffery Worbridge: I can nearly remember the time I spent as a recruit, in several militaries. This, of course, was simply when I had begun blooming to the soldier I am today - and the character I hold. Though the past holds memories of joy, adoration, and even contempt.. I have respect for myself for staying true to myself, and as time went on I realized in my very own eyes the change I wish to seek had to be done myself.

There was a time when things were fun and games, and as though moral seemed hypnagogic then now it is stronger then ever in my heart. I stand now in the place I wish to be, among the brothers I wish to have. I have a long journey ahead of me, and I know that I want to have an influence into the being of each brother I come across. The task is perpetually one that is tasked - for eternity. I will grow to what I seek to be, and further my cause to be a comrade and a leader to those who look to me to be one and to serve under The Glory of the Imperator. Pro Patria!

[18:02] VondCloud Akros (voncloud.akros): I think one of the trainings we do in future, we could focus on the use of Packs and other such more supportive things

[18:02] Tatyana Kiznetsova (kaska.czarny): I just had the idea, shouldn't we have a squad anthem?

18:03] Steeltael Lykin: Well then. We will start working on a idea for a anthem! and add it to our SQUAD IDENTITY PROJECT that is always ongoing

[18:04] Steeltael Lykin: also voncloud. good idea.

[18:05] Hokusai Otsuka Ronmark (hokusai.otsuka): You know. . For a moment I lost it, but now I remember :D! I personally would like us to strive to have the lightest script fat out of everyone in Ordo, be an example of how to do balance avatar uniqueness with script weight.
