[16:01:55] Disembodied Hand: Welcome Reapers, Let us begin. I must first ask that you hold questions until specificly asked for. I ask that there be proper decorum during meetings to prevent derailing and taking up excessive time for all of us.

[16:02:11] Disembodied Hand: As the Praetorian trials come to an end, astra is finaly able to settle as the results of the trials will determine selections for various command positions. Blaze and Rei have also come to decisions on the new alpha squad with command and we will be hearing what the alpha squad reset has in store for us. All is exciting, all is promising. Aryte has seen to task me to a few small tasks before starting on teh new astra project. This could be anything from a mech, to a fleet grade ship, so hell Yesah I say.

[16:02:46] Rei Kuhr: Praetorian Trials are not over.

[16:03:55] Disembodied Hand: To my understanding, yes. I have been told a fleet grade ship is something I will be making

[16:04:23] Disembodied Hand: I. Training : In a hope to increase activity in preparation for the new gear and essentially new face of astra, Command has requested training to become frequent. This is a call to palaestra trainers to be vigilant, but not just to cadets but if you see multiple astra online then take out a training raid, or run a training operation in Titan. We dont want to get rusty, and a friendly competition is always best to keep you on your toes.

[16:05:13] Disembodied Hand: II. Palaestra work : Palaestra is getting alot of work done to it, updating training methods and techniques for example. If you have any free time and the will to do so, offer your assistance to Zerowinged, or any other palaestra officer. Our XO, Fox Cheri, has already seen to offer his help in re-writing the thanatos training notecards. Thats a very hefty task and are proud to see Reapers showing our prowess in all aspects of astra.

[16:05:36] Disembodied Hand: III. Astra Improvement : If you have any ideas as to what will help increase productivity, activity, recruitment, or anything really just put it in notecard form, and drop it on myself or Fox, and we will present the ideas to Command. Ryk has already done this and presented an interesting idea to me, which has already been sent up to the command level for consideration. So feel free to follow suit if you believe you have the idea astra has been needing.

[16:06:37] Crash Silverfall: Leading raids is the same basicly as asking for a normal raid right, or need something else for it

[16:06:57] Disembodied Hand: different raid targets require different raid authority

[16:07:07] Disembodied Hand: astra is no exception, unless you are talking air targets

[16:07:15] Crash Silverfall: Yeah about air targets

[16:07:28] Disembodied Hand: right now, the only air targets I think are officer-grade or imperator grade

[16:07:46] Disembodied Hand: either fly in chronus or titan FFA or teams, or take out an infantry party

[16:07:49] Rei Kuhr: Talk with Sebris. He's been organizing air skirmishes with 2142.

[16:07:54] Disembodied Hand: the key is getting astra together, shooting people.

[16:08:29] Disembodied Hand: I. PRFs : Have your uniforms saved to outfits and be ready to show me, PRFs will be done in a more personal and with more scrutiny. That is your formals, UCA, Flightsuit, and BDUs. Just request a PRF and I will get to you as soon as possible. After this meeting I am available for a few and can do that.

[16:09:03] Disembodied Hand: II. Recruitment : Cadets are our future, and transfers are just as welcome. If you have friends in Terra you know may be a little discontent feel free to remind them they are able to transfer, and can give you the oppertunity to fight or fly side by side together more often. So if you have the chance to recruit, go for it.

[16:09:24] Disembodied Hand: III. Raids : I highly encourage that all reapers take advantage of the coming operation, It is going to be a great oppertunity to fly, bomb, and deploy troops via the new Liberator. Aswell as this if you see 3-4 astra online at any time, reccomend a raid! Even if you and a group of Astra NCOs end up playing infantry, Id be happy to see that there is Astra activity and bonding.

[16:10:23] Disembodied Hand: thats all I have, as promised a short meeting. Luckily it doesnt take much to update the flght on orders.

[16:10:47] Rei Kuhr: I'd like to bring something up as your Squadron XO.

[16:11:29] Rei Kuhr: Make sure you guys let your flight leader and assistant flight leader know if you have any issues. They work hard to make sure your time here in Astra is as enjoyable as possible.

[16:11:42] Rei Kuhr: Don't feel afraid to bring up any questions or concerns with them. Even if you just want advice.

[16:13:32] Crash Silverfall: The only comment i have is, is that i'm busy in rl due its my last year, and i have ot finish this project and the only problem that is attached to it, is 2 teachers, who are just plain dicks to me and everyone >:|

[16:14:11] Disembodied Hand: No worries on activity, as long as you are showing up fairly regularly you run no risk of being transfered to inactive squad

I haven't seen any of the reapers use any nonapproved weapons. But here goes. If it's not in the database, or denied, do not use it. Statue an example and help where you can if someone's using a denied or pending weapon.
