Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): Anyways, basically this meeting is going to be written on the fly. So thank you all for comming, even though I forced you all to attend :D.

Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): Anyways, Today I would like to talk to you all about Goals, your aspirations for your time in Ordo.

Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): Where do you want to end up when your done with your career? When you can finally look at yourself with pride about your achievements.

[Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): When your inducted into Ordo, Aryte himself tells you that Ordo is really what you make of it. That the sky is the limit and you can go anywhere within Ordo if you devote yourself to that goal.

Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): Sometimes goals are set to high, or maybe our heart really isn't in it. So take time to think your goals, and your desires for Ordo

Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): Don't try and set insane goals. Like being Imperator, or being the best in SL combat (Scarlet won't like the competition :p)

Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): Think though, do you want an Officer, a Praetorian? or just a E-7 B Cohors squad leader. I have reached my goals for Ordo, I would love to see you all reach yours

Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): Now, moving onto the next point I'd like to discuss

Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): Trainings and you! It is utterly impossible to get Victrix together completley for training

Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): So, I came up with a new idea.. Screw trying to get all of Victrix, together, I will be focusing on personnal development for all of you. It will be alot more work for myself

Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): but I feel it will help you all grow exponentionally

Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): Also, I would like you all to know, if you ever have an idea about training. Thinking "We could really use work in X"

Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): then, tell me. I would love to hear your ideas. I will use them as best I can.

Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): Thats about all I have to say for today. Since the low turn out, I'll most likely discuss things with other members of the squad as I can.

Blu Wolf (blu.flux): How about when possible (in theory of killing two birds with one stone) how about training periods and competitive training such as Combat with other Cohors, and what not as well as scenario training,

Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): Mhm, there has been alot of Discussion within B Cohors Command about making that a standard practice

Blu Wolf (blu.flux): sorry sir, got rid of them to lower script

Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): But we are very open to having things like that happening. if anything it helps build the desire to improve. Having someone to compete against that is.
