encase people got the Episodes from Liberty City GTA4 pack this weekend on steam and are having a very wide-spread issue of it not launching due to "windows vista service pack 1 or higher" on your windows 7 machine, all you need to do is...

Program files > Steam > Steam apps > Common > Episodes from liberty city > EFLC > Launch EFLC

And it'll fix it right up.

Took me hours to find this shit =| ...
