[19:10] Sebris Montpark: Anywho, i will skip to a certain section as Xoza is in a hurry. He haS A proposition that i am yet to learn about for a new Flight course system.

[19:11] Xoza Shadow (xoza.tyron): Rei and I were discussing things and though it I discovered an idea, something I could script myself and throw up in a good amount of time

[19:11] Xoza Shadow (xoza.tyron): A course/maze system thats completely dynamic

[19:12] Xoza Shadow (xoza.tyron): like the Range, it will rez targets.. and rings that would be required to attack or fly though to complete the objective/s

[19:12] Xoza Shadow (xoza.tyron): Moving targets would be a possibility as well, maybe even something that fires back.

[19:12] Xoza Shadow (xoza.tyron): and... thats all I've got..

[19:14] Sebris Montpark: Interesting. Would it have multiple arrangements? and if so, a basic timed fly through stage? And also, how more 3 dimensional would this be compared to the old maze and the incomplete ring system?

[19:15] Xoza Shadow (xoza.tyron): I'm sure we could toss just about any idea's in it, Once I get it partially functional I'll put it up, then add to it as we discover new ways and ideas to challenge it

[19:16] Sebris Montpark: hehe, Well of course, Let us take these steps one at a time of course. I would love to see what you can come up with. Given how long it would take for Nrom to come back, We cant wait for this ring course to be finished

[19:22] Sebris Montpark: As you know, the walkthrough within the materials is only meant for a reference and is VERY basic. As I've said before, I encourage you all to develop your own lesson plans from them. The way the walkthrough is written isnt set in stone for how exactly it should be done.

[19:23] Aerus Garnet: Well if as a group we can come to some sort of consensus then the walkthrough could be updated for future instructors

[19:39] WolfShaman Warrior: I tried to update my video drivers and it killed my compter. ook me 7 hours to get it stable again o loadwindows. now it's locking up every coupleseconds.

[19:43] Sebris Montpark: Well while we wait for everyone to get situated. Lets carry on

[19:43] Sebris Montpark looks at his notes

[19:45] Sebris Montpark: Now as some of you already know, and others dont, Ethan expects us to get these Trainees through the program within a 72 hour time period. As we get things together, it may be tricky, and I can accept times if they dont go within the period, but I will wish to keep this more tight in once we have all of the XOs and COs as CFIs (Certified Flight Instructors)

[19:49] Sebris Montpark: Given the Command to CFI positions, I will be sorting them into the system starting tonight. They will ass receive their materials. After that, they will need to be trained into their role. The way I want these new Instructors trained is to have some breif general instructions over what they need to do and look for. After that, we will give them a trainee to sort. However that will need to be done unther the close supervision of a Senior CFIs or those with quite a bit experience in teaching the course.

[19:50] Sebris Montpark: that supervision being letting them teach the course, But giving guidance to that CFI in training wether it be through IMs or through Local. I reccomend only using Local to add certain info or correcting any info they might leave ot or get wrong.

[19:51] Sebris Montpark: This is how Xoza was brought in as a CFI with the assistance of Fox, and it worked quite nicely.

[19:51] Sebris Montpark: Any questions thus far?

[19:55] Sebris Montpark: As you notice in the Roster, we made avalability times to be included in the spreadsheet to increase efficiency on meeting the trainees. We are awaiting some feedback with some of the trainees, and are to get them from you as well.

[19:55] Sebris Montpark: That being said, May I have your best times of availability please?

[19:58] Aerus Garnet: For me, generally 5-10pm each day, though my rl schedule changes pretty randomly at times.

[20:03] Sebris Montpark: Alrighty. Now then, Fox Cheri is currently developing the Thanatos qualification course as we speak. I would go into more detail of his status but he may be AFK at this moment due to RL. I will get more info from him shortly, as this has been an ongoing project back when Tandem had my position.

[20:05] WolfShaman Warrior: Keep me in the loop w/ the Thanny program. Out of all the aircraft we have, That's the one is always the diplomatic hot button, both here internally with Ordo and abroad.

[20:06] WolfShaman Warrior: And please stress the point that it's a 2 person aircraft, and I'd prefer it to be hammered in as such.

[20:07] Sebris Montpark: I definitely agree with that too. OICs asking for single pilot deployment with it is getting annoying x.x

Given that this wasnt as set as I would've wanted it to due to Easter plans and what not, I didnt expect everyone to show up but I will want this logged still. We will have our next meeting at the normal time of 1300 hours every Sunday. There will be more to discuss then and I would like to as well check on everyone at that point as well.
