[18:15] Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): This meeting is like about a few minor points, and a major one.

[18:16] Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): First of all, since she's not here. I have appointed Cassandra Kimagawa to position of 'Orientation NCO' of Victrix

[18:16] Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): Which is funny since she isn't an NCO yet, however Orientation Numerii doesn't sound as important, so we shall stick with NCO anyways. So be sure to congradulate/bother her when you see her.

[18:18] Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): :D For those of you wondering, an Orientation NCO is a position mainly there for helping out newer enlisted with getting settled in Victrix... So far, she's done an awesome job with Nadav :D.

[18:19] Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): Ok, so next point.

[18:19] Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): You all are doing awesomely :D.

[18:19] Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): Moving on.. I kinda brainstormed a new idea for training.

[18:21] Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): More of a 'challenge yourself' weekly thing. This comes in to stack with the normal training I do(attempt to do?)

[18:22] Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): Basically, the idea is, on thursday I will be announcing something along the lines of.. "This week use the Five-Seven as much as possible." Basically imposing a handicap on yourself if you choose to follow it. Remember that it use purely volunteer basis and does not NEED to be followed.

[18:23] Midnight Shirakawa: do we earn qp for doing it lol?

[18:23] Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): Also, if you choose to do the challenge, and it inhibits your preformance, do not feel you need to keep to it. Abandon the challenge and ensure victory. And technically.

[18:24] Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): It will run from thrusday to wednsday, on Wed I will message all of you and ask your oppinions of the weeks challenge.

[18:26] Nadav Vaher: So basically the idea is to work on personal skills over the next week or so in terms of kit and its use? Do we have any future training projects already planned?

[18:27] Tsukiyomi (tsukiyomi.yuhara): Well Nadav, as per the course of events that have taken place, I have discovered it to be nearly /impossible/ to hold any group training for Victrix. as I'm sure mark can atest, it's a pain in the ass essentially. (I'm sure you can see the ADD bleeding through already)
