[17:58:58] Rei Kuhr: First off, an announcement. You all should have noticed that lately I've been scarce. I haven't made a lot of talk about it, but I've been away due to RL medical issues taking up my time.

[17:59:11] Rei Kuhr: I'm not sure how much more of it I have, or how often I'll be on.

[17:59:31] Rei Kuhr: I do know fairly soon I'll be fairly heavily medicated, so most of the time you'll all have Achtai watching over you instead of myself.

[18:00:02] Rei Kuhr: Secondly, Achtai herself has had some medical issues as well, although probably not as critical as mine. She might be absent every so often as well.

[18:00:39] Rei Kuhr: That means if neither of us are around, then I expect you all to watch over yourselves and Reapers in a way that won't have me or Achtai having to sit at Ethan's desk and explain why.

[18:01:06] Rei Kuhr: Moving on, our weekly activities.

[18:01:41] Rei Kuhr: Me and Achtai do try to give you guys something to do every week. Everything from events to raids. We've been running into a few problems though. As you may have noticed, attendance is an issue.

[18:02:09] Rei Kuhr: Try to attend as much as you can. This is not only good for your own sakes, but also those others who attend as well. We can't do much if only one or two people show up.

[18:02:42] Rei Kuhr: Also, feel free to make announcements and host events yourself. As long as you have the permission to run them, either through me and Achtai or through the OIC and/or Aryte, you should be fine.

[18:02:55] Rei Kuhr: We do need someone who can run events during the EU hours as well.

[18:03:08] Rei Kuhr: Right now we haven't had anyone who has made themselves available for the position, so it is open.

[18:04:03] Crash Silverfall: i tried to ask for a training saturday but in astra group but nobody responded lol, but it was not announcement i was gonna do one

[18:04:29] Rei Kuhr: If you guys want to host an event and want a notice sent out, just message me or Achtai. Preferably both so one of us gets to it quickly.

[18:05:12] Rei Kuhr: There's one thing I want you all to keep in mind as well.

[18:05:41] Rei Kuhr: Nobody forces you to be here. Ordo is a voluntary organization. However, I do have to say that if activity falls below a certain level, then Astra will most likely be rearranged to boost it up.

[18:05:47] Rei Kuhr: This might not be good news.

[18:05:54] You: as far as you and achtai bothe having med issues at the moment, its the exact reason why I made a proposal for a C.A.G position for all wings a few months back

[18:06:07] Rei Kuhr: We do have such a position. It has recently been vacated.

[18:06:25] Rei Kuhr: Flight Adjutant.

[18:06:48] Rei Kuhr: Me and Achtai have been going over a possible replacement for our last one.

[18:06:56] You: basically the same thing then, if the CO and Xo cant be present the C.A.G or in this case the F.A steps in the keep things running smoothly

[18:07:26] Rei Kuhr: The Adjutant would also be available to assist the flight leader and AFL with their duties.

[18:07:42] Rei Kuhr: But it is going to be an active position. Anyone who is selected will be expected to keep up with the responsibility

[18:07:57] Rei Kuhr: I don't want someone willing to take it only to disappear after a week.
