Reinhardt
living on the 15th floor... definately makes this a situation I could never expeirence....living in an area that is filled with 100m deep valleys, means even if it did flood, nowhere would feel it except the beachfronts. Before this year.. I would have said I'd like to live on the outskirts of an area affected by floods.. to see the awsome power of nature in its passive ways... the rising rivers.... BUT this year... with all the floods out west... the floods in Quebec.. the floods down south..and now new york.. even I have to cringe.
