[20:00:31] Aryte Vesperia: I just want to go over a couple things. The main meeting is still Saturday at 6:00 PM SLT-- so don't confuse this with that.

[20:01:53] Aryte Vesperia: Foremost, I just want to take a moment to touch on an important matter. Namely, speaking up if you've concern. Please don't simply hold complaints inside/vent to friends. IF there's a valid concern, bring it up so it can be addressed. The officer staff is here to ensure that progress is consistent and that any issues are hammered out. You won't be beaten for raising complaint, I promise. :}

[20:02:05] Aryte Vesperia: Secondly, let's talk a bit about my expectations over the next couple of days.

[20:02:32] Aryte Vesperia: I am heading out of town until Monday. As such, I really want to impress upon everyone the importance of being on their A game.

[20:02:48] Aryte Vesperia: I will have computer access and be around to check in. Additionally, if needed, shoot me an offline per the norm.

[20:03:02] Aryte Vesperia: Nevertheless, this is a vacation for me. I genuinely appreciate being able to enjoy those.

[20:03:28] Aryte Vesperia: Be on your best behaviors. Get your daily shit done. 3 raids. Keep a vigilant eye out-- ARK and 2142 still lookin' to take a jab at us.

[20:04:46] Aryte Vesperia: I am a big believer in your capabilities. So I have no doubt I won't be disappointed. Just, please go that extra length to ensure that the ship keeps movin' along. :} I look forward to celebrating your successes each night, and upon my return on Monday.

[20:05:26] Aryte Vesperia: Outside of that, please give me some additional time should you need anything from me. I will try to handle any inductions (etc). But I have no idea how shitty or unshitty my net will be.
