The following details, in ascending order, the various tiers available and their differentiations: Cadet Commissar: entry level tier for the archetype. Focuses upon establishing an understanding of the role, enrolling in courses, and participating in archetype related events to build individual skills and talents. Cadet Commissars:do not have access to any archetype related gear;shall spend the majority of their time while participating in this archetype in class/self study.Commissar: mid level tier for the archetype. Focuses upon utilizing class room taught skills on the field, demonstrating a strong grasp of abilities through action, and differentiating themselves by fine tuning their talents. Commissars:shall have access to archetype related gear;shall spend the majority of their time while participating in this archetype by utilizing taught materials on the field.Lord Commissar: end level tier for this archetype. Focuses upon continually demonstrating mastery of taught and practiced talents, demonstrating expert level operational understanding, and providing education to junior members of the archetype. RequirementsThe following list details the accomplishments necessary to ascend the archetype tiers, including specific courses and feats.Enrollment:Must be ranked no less than [E-4].Must have an outstanding Curia record, with no executed CIRs in 60 days.Must not have been subject to any administrative disciplinary action in 30 days.Must be a member of the Imperiosus Cult.Must exhibit zeal in their duties and have unquestionable loyalty to the Imperator.Cadet Commissar:Complete no less than five Progenium* courses.Complete a Feat of Valour*.Exhibit basic leadership, tactical, and motivational competencies.Receive written recommendation by a Lord Commissar.Commissar:Complete all available Progenium courses, unless total queue exceeds ten.Complete a depth assessment* within assigned division over thirty days, detailing opportunities for improvement and any potential failures.Exhibit adept levels of leadership, tactical, and motivational competencies.Exhibit competent combat leadership abilities, maintaining leadership of no less than one raid a week for thirty days.Upon satisfaction of the aforementioned, face a quorum of Lord Commissars (or officers) in a panel review.Lord Commissar:To maintain: actively remain involved in growth and education of archetype memberships, unless excused formally from services. Including participation in course instruction, participation in panel reviews, participation in letters of recommendation, and administration of archetype quality.To maintain: exhibit expert levels of leadership, tactical, and motivational competencies.To maintain: complete quarterly revisions to depth review, notating a chain of improvement or necessity for further intervention. Topics to include: raid leadership, command, faith/zeal, tactics, administrative skills, fire team leadership, motivational skills, combat skills, and conflict management.Feat of Valour:An act unusual to general members, including, but not limited to:Earning any of the Corona-grade merits (or equivalency).If rank permits, successfully accomplishing victory during a difficult combat leadership event.Preventing harm to the Ordo that would have otherwise occurred without intervention.Depth Assessment: Core assignment to any Commissar, demonstrating their ability to act as a leader, an advisor, and a political zealot. A depth assessment is an investigative action in which the commissar, exercising only legal authority, thoroughly reviews their division or assignment.
