Possible downtime internet - part II

Well, before the forum was updated I had posted a topic which was lost in transition to the current forum. I've been forced to switch internet provider.. and even in normal circumstances I could deal with a lil downtime.

This seems to get worse with the latest news I've been receiving from both providers *sigh*

Appearently my current provider has payment issues and some services already have been terminated by the owner of those. Not limited to newsgroup access and helpdesk phonelines (yay, not able to call 'em), and with threats to get more services terminated in the near future.

On the new provider I haven't heard much yet. I called 'em last week and asked about it. Appearently we're not even in their computersystem yet, so it wasn't even possible in theory to get my cablemodem activated.

So, yeah... in worst case I'll be cut off for who knows how long.
