New Ordo Citizen

I did not know where else to post this, my appoligies.

Draconis Neurocam is a new Ordo Citizen. He wears a large hat and a pretty staff on his back. Both of which he made. The staff is is just scripted to look pretty, it is not a weapon. He is very friendly, uses voice and text, calm, shy and very intelligent. I ask that he be treated as a friend and not a potential hostile or spy. I do not mean any disrespect with this post or this favor.
