By the authority of the Imperator, the "Ordo Dispatch" has been branded as the official newspaper of the Ordo Imperialis, and will make its debut on May 31th with weekly dissemination following on every Sunday thereafter. The objective of this paper is to keep all Ordo personnel current on the news and happenings of the SL military community inside and outside the Ordo Imperialis, given from an Ordo perspective. Matters relating to faction alignment, updates & setbacks both foreign and domestic, arsenal coverage, glimpses of prototype Ordo weaponry and equipment, and a column for recognizing honorable Ordo personnel will all be documented in the Ordo Dispatch, along with many other essential (and sometimes humorous) columns to make it a worthwhile read.See you on the 31st of May!- The Writing Team[]-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------[][CALL FOR HELP]With two weeks still in the air before the official debut of the Ordo Dispatch, the writing staff is calling on any Ordo personnel with a passion and flare for writing / reporting to join the team. If you enjoy news coverage of events, interviewing people, believe you've got what it takes to write your own articles or opinion columns, and have a strong desire to contribute to and support the Ordo Imperialis, please send an IM to Lone Marksman to get involved![]-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------[][COMIC CONTEST]In order to kick things off and mount anticipation for the Ordo Dispatch, we're holding a Comic Submission sweepstakes that allows any Ordo personnel to create their own comic - using sprites, using Paint, or even drawing it from scratch - with either a humorous or serious tone - and enter it into the competition. All entries will be showcased in the debut edition of the Ordo Dispatch and credited to their respectful artists, while the [1st] place comic will go on to receive special attention and a column dedicated just to it (and its artist). We'll be rebooting this one sometime again in the future for another run, hopefully once readership is at a high, so that should make a big difference.
