Aryte
As of 06/18/08, until otherwise noted, a zero tolerance policy is in effect. A recent strain (small, but noticeable enough) of otherwise insubordinate acts, lack of discipline, and general rudeness to other members of the organization have led me to believe it is now necessary to step in with a very heavy handed approach.Zero tolerance to any infraction. What does this mean for you, you ask?If you go so far as to break a regulation within the Ordo Imperialis that requires the attention of either Curia or myself, you will be punished to the fullest extent of Ordo judicial capabilities.- Insubordination: ejected.- Unwarranted discharge of a weapon, resulting in the death of another member: ejected.- Purposely engaging another member: ejected.- Purposeful rudeness to other members: 14 day suspension; demotion.- Disregarding spawn policy: 14 day suspension; demotion.- Public argumentation: 7 day suspension; demotion.- Failure to properly acknowledge a superior officer: forfeit of promotion; demotion or suspension at repeated offense. In short, if a report is escalated so far as to Curia or myself. Expect maximum penalties. Otherwise, deal with your problems like adults and reshape this attitude of "lol i r fuck around cuz i can." The Ordo has a reputation of professionalism. Stick to it.That is all.
