Aryte Posted June 22, 2008 Share Posted June 22, 2008 For those of you curious how folks like Sosarin, Lestat, Eazy (sorry to single you guys out, but you're the best examples I have) tend to get promoted every cycle . . consider their contributions. I will go out of my way to reward those who "think out of the box" and add something to the Ordo. Yes, active participation and simply "being around" will get you noticed and eventually earn you elevation, but if you're out there showing me daily you want to work, you do work, you will get my favor. Consider Lestat-- he wrote the Terra handbook without request. I could've said "this is dumb, no." But he tried anyways, because he wanted to see what he could add to the Ordo. And he did great.Leadership qualities also are a huge plus. Look at Striker. Organizes raids *(with approval) regularly with Fulminata, leads them, brings the Ordo back victories. Always a plus.
