Sanctioned training is any group-based exercise with oversight from an officer grade official. a1. Sanctioned training does not include "random" combat between a small number of individuals. b. Discharging weapons at random for the sake of "testing it" is unacceptable, unless: b1. The officer in charge (OIC) may grand explicit approval within Titan. b2.
