Hokusai Otsuka
As many of you know, I am/was the Second Commandant of the IEN. I was going to hold a resignation meeting yesterday with my own, however weather didn't permit, and my power was knocked out. Upon writing up a postpone notice, my power cut for only a brief moment. Normally just turning off my computer, the serge managed to creep it's way into my 19 inch wide screen monitor. As my signature say, I have indeed left since, and once I make it home with new monitor and log in, I do plan on giving my resignation speech. The cause of my resignation is internal hypocritical politics. As a middle among the highest of personnel, I got to see all of what was going on within the ranks. So by the time I log on, present my speech, and leave the groups. I will be making a stop into Titan. Without faction, without arms, and will require temporary placement into the Ordo Civilian group. I do realize that if my application is considered, I will have to start from ground one, just as everyone else does. That is not a problem. I would rather start as a grunt again with my responsibilities being of that which is ordered.Take into consideration that I do not take military jumping lightly, and for me to consider the Ordo coming straight out of the IEN is one that I have thought long and hard about. It pains me to leave, and I do intend on leaving them with the equipment that I made permed for their future use. I call many of them friends, and they have shown me the up most respect. But because of the internal problems that I have no control over, I have to take my leave.I hope that my future within the Ordo is an enjoyable one, granted I know there are simular issues within the ranks of the Ordo Imperialis, but it's under much closer control than the internal chaos that I've personally witnessed within the IEN. These issues have been within the ranks of the IEN from the beginning, and I was reluctant to rejoin when it came back from the shadows. Though something tells me I'm making the right decision. I hope that can be proven.

Hokusai Otsuka
It would indeed be an honor to serve. I just have to wait on my application to be reviewed. Sent it to Kristian Kit as instructed in the Schola charter.
