In very short: development is not an opportunity to circumvent Ordo expectations on use of items.

In other words, regardless of if you are testing, building, scripting, trying to work out a bug . . so on and so forth: proper protocol should be observed. This includes firing off explosives, shooting inside the base, driving vehicles around. Furthermore, anyone involved in beta testing anything should expect that they are just that: beta testers. If you are given a vehicle to assist in testing, it is not acceptable to then in turn go for a joy ride around base. Please be mindful. New toys are awesome, but they're not as awesome as a controlled atmosphere.
