For those of you curious as to why individuals like Trinity Heckroth and (briefly) Mikael Khalamov have been permitted to breach our regulations on "dun care who you are, if you're an enemy you die," it has a lot to do with politics and behaviour. Trinity is indeed permitted to be about on neutral terms as an AN Admiral, when I am present (or if an appointed rep is on hand) to monitor. This is with good faith and intentions to bridge the gaps between our organizations.

Otherwise, stick to the regs.
