To ensure activity continues regardless of Aryte Vesperia’s presence over his vacation, it is requested that senior NCOs and officers volunteer to be responsible for ensuring at least one combat deployment is hosted daily. Multiple individuals may volunteer for the same day—so as long as each day has at least one respondent.

Furthermore, on Saturday and Sunday an officer is requested to take over meeting proceedings for the main and officer meeting. The main meeting will have the Imperator and likely a host of those at the convention in proxy in attendance—provided internet access can be secured for the time—but an officer will be responsible for ensuring the meeting is conducted regardless. Please volunteer here for that as well.
