If not on hand (in the allied sim at the time), you must ensure OIC clearance is provided before deploying to assist an allied location. Titan is our first priority-- the OIC is responsible for delegating numbers and making sure our positions are covered. Deploying without an OK hinders our ability to operate and creates chaos.
