[14:09] Hollowmengitus Yifu: I'm Hollow. I'm you new CO, as of last Thursday. I'll be doing my best to lead this unit, bar none. However, I urge you not to waste my time; I'm kinda busy doing a whole lot of random stuff for the Imperator. Anyways...

[14:10] Hollowmengitus Yifu: I come from Vanguard. I used to lead the army as the Second in Command. I quit due to the current in-command doing, well, douchetastic things as well as shutting down most of my operations.

[14:11] Hollowmengitus Yifu: I lead their database group, their heavy-infantry division and oversaw the base 90% of the time. I'm exprienced, and I'll be bring that exprience to you.

[14:11] Hollowmengitus Yifu: Questions on that?

[14:13] Hollowmengitus Yifu: Alright then. Now, I ask another question; what kind of training do you find most enjoyable? I plan to be holding at least two training sessions per week, so this is important.

[14:13] Preston Smythe: training like the stress test we had on sunday was good

[14:15] Masamune Anansi: Well if we're going to have training, I'd kind of like to make them trainings not just a random skirmish.. perhaps have trainings focused on a certain feature of the HUD or perhaps a training on how to enter an enemies base without getting destroyed.

[14:15] Masamune Anansi: Something thats going to benefit other then just combat.

[14:17] Hollowmengitus Yifu: That is a very good idea, Masamune. I'll see what I can do. All the other ideas are possible; we will be doing them, as well. Knowing how to fight and then actually doing it I find important.

[14:17] Hollowmengitus Yifu: Any other ideas, or comments?

[14:18] Hollowmengitus Yifu: Alright then. Moving on.

[14:20] Hollowmengitus Yifu: Masamune has been assigned the role of collecting data on what combat operations we, as individual units, do. We're going to be compling this information for all squad and COHORS to see in a Google Document, updating every Wednsday; just before my big report day.

[14:21] Hollowmengitus Yifu: for those of you that don't know what I'm talking about, look on the Forums in the Terra subsection. There, you'll find a topic started by me; it's the roster in spreadsheet form. Our data will be similar.

[14:22] Hollowmengitus Yifu: Questions on that?

[14:23] Hollowmengitus Yifu: Alright then. Moving on.

[14:24] Hollowmengitus Yifu: I have an open-door policy, much like the Legates of Terra. Come to me if you have a problem in the Ordo or if people are doing "questionable" things. I'll get on it; if I can do nothing, I'll contact Aryte directly. I'm one of his three direct staff members. ()

[14:25] Hollowmengitus Yifu: Moving on..

[14:28] Hollowmengitus Yifu: Activity Expectations. The squad is dreadfully low on combat activity. For this reason, I'm putting in place an activity expectation. 15 days with no interaction with the Ordo - without reason - will get you recomended to the COHORS C squad (the inactive squad,) as well as a personal note to the Imperator, which may result in ejection. I'm tired of the endless cycle of inactivity that other COs of this squad had to deal with; I'm putting a stop to it.

[14:29] Hollowmengitus Yifu: Questions on that?

[14:29] Preston Smythe: does that include computer problems?

[14:30] Hollowmengitus Yifu: If you have a problem with your computer and you're moved to the COHORS C squad, I'll gladly put you back in the squad once your computer is fixed.

[14:31] Hollowmengitus Yifu: Just, try to make contact somehow - whether it be on the forums, or one of my alternative communication things.

[14:31] Hollowmengitus Yifu: Alright then.

[14:33] Hollowmengitus Yifu: Since that -one guy- on ground level is lagging the sim so hard, I think it'd be unfair to do an agility training. So, we're just going to do a combat course - focussing on grenades.

[14:33] Hollowmengitus Yifu: After the training, I'll be doing a uniform inspection (hinthint, Rian, we have new armor. :P)
