Uh, it's like that pretty much everywhere, man. But that doesn't stop anyone but the pussies. If you have a sports bike, you can pretty much do what you want, the cops can't catch you, and most of the time, wont even try. I heard Dallas will deploy spike strips on your ass though...so don't do that in Dallas.

Around where I live,125cc is called a motor-scooter. Do you have a limited license or something that restricts what you can legally operate? Suzuki has several bikes with like 50 or more MPG in the 250+ cc range.
