[14:33] Steeltael Lykin: I'll be as brief aspossible so we can go out and do something. [14:36] Steeltael Lykin: Last week I announced a incentive or contest to reward whomever participated in the most century events or trainings. That was on Thursday , So I'd like to ecnourage everyone to put together a small practice session here and there, and to document it on the training forums. We always improve by practicing what we learn in our larger sessions. To put it into perspective. When I was yonger I was a avid Taekwondo student. But Icouldnt go to class every single day. I got good at it by practicing at home. Taking what I'd been taught and repeating it frequently untilit was sort of second nature. [14:38] Steeltael Lykin: Everyone here has been doing very well. But there is always room for improvement. We can always squeeze in that one extra training. Or work on that pet project we've been thinking about for some time. [14:39] Steeltael Lykin: There isnt any specifically important new's, other then to remind everyone that the contest's end date is this Thursday. So if your interested in the prize, to get practicing with your unit! [14:41] Steeltael Lykin: Also, As a reminder, Rapax is always open to your idea's and suggestions. As well as any of your non combat related talents too! If you have a idea, put it on a notecard and it will get looked at! Regardless of the time of day. You'll likely get an answer right away regarding whatever combat tactics question you had, and quite possibly a personalized training session, as well [14:51] Morh Giffen: I don't want to get on your nerves by asking every single day "tell me if you want training" in IMs, that just ticks you off (I can demonstrate if you want! :P) [14:51] Yoki Mistwalker: lol Skittles can volunteer for thet :P [14:51] Morh Giffen: So if it's in the early afternoon, or late night SLT - I'm around. The rest of the time Steel is around. Bring those questions up outside of meetings, it makes it easier for everyone. I would however agree it's a good idea to just ask!. There are several experienced members of Rapax who can help you practice combat. And even newer members are great sparring partners. [14:54] piDelia Magic: one day we could do a training with another squad, for example rapax v/s liberatix, it would be interesting to do in Chronus, this can help to improve teamwork. [14:56] Steeltael Lykin: While training with another squad is good. I'd rather mix its members together and pit mixed forces against one another. Though with the additional coordination required these joint trainings occur slightly less often than normal trainings. Though - whenever the opportunity presents itself we do them. I live about two hours from the state border to Florida. I'd be up for it if it was done around the summer. Semester just started back so I can't go running off to Disney World

Hello all. I have to say, I never thought I'd be in Titan wearing Ordo armor. When I imagined myself here, it usually ended with me knifing the Imperator with some fireworks going off in the background or something cool like that. When Erebus went under I figured I might as well try Ordo out. See what the other side of the tracks are like. I have to say though, I've been really amazed during my short stay here. Everyone has been willing to help as long as I ask. Nobody holds a grudge against me for being a former enemy. It just seems like I could achieve so much more here than I ever have before. Thanks for extending a hand. I know it's sappy, but I'm really glad to be here.
