Well after seeing my freind sliver doing it I think I might do some as well. I'll do the following for you

Bare bones picture. (all pencil drawn and scanned)-200L

Line Art (drawn, then scanned, then make a line art in flash)- 300l

Color( all the above only I use SAI to line art and color it in)- 400L
