      The 3D Printed ones will last for a bit but you'd need a SLA Machine to do it like others have. Other methods are not as strong of materials.

      I'd go with an 80%, but you'd need the fixtures and tooling to get it done. Also unless you are good with a manual machine or have access to & can program a CNC, the time, effort and money isn't worth it.

      There are multiple facilities that I could employ in my area. If I really wanted to, I could find a drill press to do the job.

      @Dis, from recent results, DefDist just tested a reinforced version of their lower with 600+ rounds through it. Though I'd be more likely to buy a drill press than to build a printer, much less buy one.
