I voted yes as I have seen several cases where it can be useful, getting notices around, and keeping track of whom is online when calling cards don't show good online status's

Ctrl + 9 resets it to default zoom.
He was looking for the camera rotation that looks down upon your head bug Hold shift and use mousewheel you will see it if you use phoenix. ESC used to reset it, ctrl 9 does nothing for that.
