I voted yes as I have seen several cases where it can be useful, getting notices around, and keeping track of whom is online when calling cards don't show good online status's

50. Rocket Launchers in SL have to be relative to Rocket Launchers in Real Life - 1 hit kill. Then you create your own tank to stop taking AT damage period. (hint hint) 51. That making CATI Tanks fly with MPAT rounds is cool, or any other multipurpose rocket.
