Hahaha. Most of the times they are the product of idle discussions or old old events. We try not and don't really subtly target people or current events.

Not sure if this thread is appropriate without context. Respect is commonly lambasted as sucking up. People show respect in varying ways. The difference is: it is ass kissing if you are just saying shit to impress. If you are genuine it is likely respect.

In the Ordo Imperialis (and in most groups), there is a concern of attempting to "figure out" what you can do with your position. There is no way that it could ever be entirely written out-- there's simply no way, it is not realistic. Consider the Ordo's tier of authority is a living entity. As such, if you WANT to try something, simply ask! The worst that happens is you're told "no, that's more of an officer task," or "no, that is outside of your authority."

I am not supportive of creating a separate division. Auxilia was fairly useless in the past and I foresee it being useless again. Taking the basic trainings out of the specific divisions makes no sense: it is Terra's responsibility to train Terra, it is Astra's responsibility to train Astra, etc. As for: I would prefer adding a fifth phase, streamline the process itself, and keep it all in Schola. Adding Auxilia is another command tree, another level of bureaucracy, and more red tape, confusion, transition.
