For those of you who knew about it, I'm posting the final ruling and vote count here. There'll be no discussion open, just an information posting. As a bit of background, Alex Flores, current name for the player Fladara Eingarme, requested to join. A vote was taken on the Administratio forums. A large number of the officer staff counted themselves as neutral, with a few of the newer individuals counting themselves as 'for' application allowance. Most of the down votes were in relation to their actions within the Militant Collective, current standings and actions on Titan. A slim majority of the downvotes were in cause of their past history with the Ordo (as seen in the handbook history chapter). Final count and ruling:

Not much to report on my end. Group is progressing extremely well. We've reached 197 members; about to hit 198 in the next hour or so. Ordo drama levels are super low. Diplomacy abroad well formed.

Just a quick heads up for everyone: don't be alarmed if you notice there's not a shit ton of people sitting idle in region now. It is something you'll see every August/September. I've been through a three summers now and I can tell you it's just part of the trend. Summer is always huge for activity but the first couple months of the new semester will see a down trend of visible activity. IE: simply tons of people sitting around. You'll notice attendance be super high for events, however. It's the "man, too much shit to do to sit here and wait . . but whoa sweet, combat at 3PM, I'll skip homework!" effect.

So . . EAF has, or is close to disbanding. They didn't pay for their region. TFM is closed, since their base is currently in pieces. Wow.

All manner of development within the Ordo is persisting very well. Our production levels have and continue to be very impressive-- thanks to several benevolent, very hard working individuals. You know who you are! Personnel wise, we've had a decent week. Holding strong at 190 members. No unexplained resignations. However, we've also had a fairly dry week on cadet graduates. Schola has been running fairly frequently, but I've not really seen a lot of processing out of 3/4. This week, it is hoped that some key functions are carried out. Foremost, replacing the MAC-11 with a more adequate basic rifle for Schola. Diplomatically . . not much to announce. No changes in diplomacy. Merczateers relations are a bit awkward, though not threatened. Combat wise, we've done extremely well. There were several raids this week on otherwise fairly well defended targets. 2142 included. As per the norm, not really any extravagant contest on the matter. Kudos to you all.
