Naw. Lurdan is assuring me Aleksandr'll be ejected shortly. So we'll see. Speaking to him right now.

Congratulations to all of you. I'll be passing stuff out for the next like hour . . so don't bug me until like 6:00 PM SLT today (if you didn't get anything). These are focussed on E-1 to E-3-- so if you're E-4 and above, going ":( why i no promote," shush. Only a very few above E-4 promotions suggestions were granted. Many of you have received commendations, those will be handled in the next cycle, that'll be aimed at higher end promotions. :D

Deeply considering it at this point.

Promotions will be done tomorrow.

Glad to have you.

[21:17] SnowWing Shi shouts: Kitsy reminds me of a cute dalmation that broke my arm. [21:17] You shout: Ha ha ha. [21:17] Kitsy Bunnyhug: I didn't touch her...

Nothing extravagant to report on my end this week. We've continued to grow in the recruitment field. Uhm, ah yes. Dark Svenska has created a "The Chaos Imperialis" group, using copied Ordo gear. Any member in said group is to be banned. If an admin is not available, blackscreen them. Same goes for anyone found in copied Ordo gear. Turning the thread over to the divisions. Get to reportin'!

Like how you're swarming Anamur right now? Yeah....you play fair...sure...in your own heads maybe. Again, I laugh how "ten" is a "swarm" to Sparta. Fail much?

Clothing would be a good start for you. :|

:o So you are.

We're definitely pretty loathed. The funny part is, Vanguard initiated the blanket ban of us first. We followed suit and then Vanguard became the subject of a black out by Iron Symphony. Kudos to you for refusing to hide your groups.

I was eating cookies while in vacation, emosad that VC was wiped on account of treachery. My girlfriend (at the time) sat down beside me and was like "look at the bright side, now you can spend more time RPing with me on XMM." I wrote the Ordo handbook that same night.

Closed. New main discussion starts Sunday. Division threads close tomorrow.

First week of main discussion thread complete. Good start.

ROFL. VG at its best.

I will be doing a promotion cycle here within the next week or so, primarily centered around E-1 to E-3 levels. So if you've any recommendations, start thinking them up and filing them in. Any higher level promotions can still be submitted, but keep in mind I may hold them over until the next cycle.

In order to really give everyone a better idea as to how I envision each rank in Terra, I've developed the following little clip. The whole point of the Ordo rank tree is to micromanage and to create a system that spreads out work evenly-- sparing any one individual from being overburdened. The Legates (O-3) is responsible for the entirety of the division they oversee. It is their duty to ensure all elements of Terra are operating at optimal function. The Legates position is a very loose one, in otherwords they have full power to deem their own place within their respective branch. As a Terra Legates, it is expected that their primary function is inspection of quality of the division's operation, along with managing the Centurion (O-2) council. He reserves the capability to overrule any and all policies developed within Terra and reports directly to the Imperator. The Centurion (O-2) body makes up the basic command element within Terra. Collectively, the Terra Centurions are what is considered the Terra council: the governing body, with capability to create internal policy for Terra. Centurion are expected to primarily be concerned with the development of said policy, while overlooking the Terra division at large. They, with the Legates (O-3), must maintain the OVERALL shape and element of Terra. The Optio (O-1) role is much more defined. Although an officer, with say in policy creation and control, the Optio's primary concern is his or her elite squad. Each Optio will be attached to either an elite squad, or the Legates' personal staff. As a staff Optio, they are primarily concerned with the at-large function of overseeing . . such as running academies, overseeing combat exercises. Essentially an extention of the Centurion council. As a line Optio, with command of an elite squad, you are outright responsible for your squad. It is your authority to develop training, recruitment, attack schemes-- everything related to your squad. Furthermore, each individual line Optio reports to a Centurion, whom acts as their voice on the policy/Centurion counil. A Centurion does not have direct say over any one elite squad, however they may influence it via-policy decisions, and by cooperation with the Optio in command.

Keep your ideas coming. I am seriously interested!

I have some new for everyone. Seb Yakan has stepped back to W-1 in order to focus on real life more readily. Sosarin Demar has stepped up at the W-2 of Astra. In Navis, it is with great pleasure that I announce Trevor Russell has been elevated to W-1.

Your posts were all deleted. Why? Take it seriously. Treat this as a forum meeting, not a "what stupid thing can I say to be funny" party.

http://www.ordoimperialis.com/ordo/forum/v...3&thread_id=576 First one up. :D

Curious as to what the hell this is? See: http://www.ordoimperialis.com/ordo/forum/v...3&thread_id=572 Remember, Navis, Astra, and Terra threads open each Monday and close Saturday. Main group threads open Sunday and close Friday. Only a few things to report this week, as I didn't really think to compile anything . . since I came up with this yesterday. Foremost and most important, recent attacks have really displayed Ordo dominance on the battlefield. We've really done well in establishing a powerful presence on multiple fields that were otherwise fairly unexplored. Looking back . . it is important to realize we've not only engaged the 39th (who previously banned us on sight), dominated, and left without a single ban. Secondly, again, two major assaults on Dorien have ended in total Ordo dominance with only ONE ban to date. Secondly, progress in the development field has skyrocketed as of late. The efforts of our Munitorum staff are extremely admirable. Thank you, all of you. We're working through the project list rapidly. Recruitment wise, as of today, we stand at 187 members. Our growth has been exponential. For every individual whom resigns, we pick up three to replace them. At this rate, it is possible our recruitment standards may have to be increased yet again. Within the next couple of days, I'll be clearing out what few inactives we actually have in the group. I hope to cut down the number by about . . well, probably only about five. It is possible we'll reach 200 members in about another week. Cyrano Zenith, the new Navis Legates, has begun developing the shape and form of Navis at a rapid rate. To say in the least, he is a breath of fresh air for the division. As a former Legates of the Frumentarii, Schola Commandant, and Terra Optio . . Cyrano is more than skilled for the position. His prowess shows! I look forward to seeing what he, along with his staff, are able to come up with. The Frumentarii has recently been bolstered with the addition of Praetorian personnel. Under special assignment, several members of the Guard will be adding their investigative and analysis talents to the division. Diplomatically, our current standings are: HOSTILE o) Group: Alliance Navy o) Group: Vanguard * Contact prohibited/banned; Iron Symphony boycott. o) Group: Sparta o) Group: 39th Blackwatch o) Group: 2142 o) Group: Evil Eagles o) Group: German Army o) Group: Ravenguard o) Group: Pan-Slavya Coalition o) Group: Republic of Germany o) Elite Armed Forces o) Group: TFM o) Group: Commando SL ALLIED o) ALLIED: Titan Industries o) ALLIED: Iron Symphony Groups: - Merczateers - Militant Collective - U.N.I.T. - Dominatium - Remnant Initiative - Iron Eagle Navy o) ALLIED: Adeptus Minor Please note that Republic of Germany left the Iron Symphony. They've since been added to our hostile list. On the allied front, the Militant Collective is currently rebuilding their region. The Merczateers are also doing such, fine tuning both Salamis and Badnarik. Recent additions to the Ordo include: Xayvien Rau, Phillip Hiladbhjshdjksndjk, Sirus McMahon, Hokusai Otsuka, Stanneman Cyclone, Axxzor Gaffer, Waffle Fizzle, and Tuomy Boa. Make them all feel welcome! Discuss and add any reports you've necessary. REMEMBER, next week the Astra, Navis, and Terra summaries will be necessary. :D
