  1. I have the 4. It's starting to feel a little dated and half the features are 'locked' on this device even though it's perfectly capable of operating them(Siri etc), I should know, I jail broke her and had her functional until apple closed all her back doors and killed its online capability.

I was going to get the 4s but they announced the 5, so I got that instead. Free on contract renewal.

It was an honour serving underneath Consul Primus Mckay for so many years, and I wish her all the best in her life beyond the Imperium. That said, it is with great humility that I take her place as the new Consul Primus of the Officium. The Ordo Imperialis has a great and unknown future ahead of it that the S.L.M.C. has never seen before, and I hope to be an integral part of that, with all of you.

    That aside:

Officium Curia is looking for new lictors and consiliators at this point in time, likely three individuals in each section for a total of six new members.

    Requirements:

Lictor/Consiliator candidates will be required to meet the following Criteria:

~You need to be at LEAST E-4

~Have at LEAST 4 mos in Ordo

~Have a clean record (preferred that no CIRs be present in the applicant's history with the Ordo Imperialis)

~Have a letter of recommendation from your CO/XO explaining why you are an acceptable candidate (send through notecard or forum IM to Arokh Takakura)

~History of sufficient activity levels to perform your duties (Active on a nearly daily basis would be preferred)

Please include the following information in your reply via FORUM PM to AROKH TAKAKURA:

    Name:

    Rank:

    Squad:

    Merits/Date:

    Current Curricular/Extra Curricular Activities:

Position you are wishing to be considered for:

    Lictors are defined as follows:

    http://forums.ordoim...866#entry102866

"Members of the Lictor staff are the backbone of Curia operations, functioning as investigators and information gatherers. Lictors are responsible for most of the day to day work within Curia, providing the Consuls with the time to focus on making judgment rulings. Lictor positions do not carry an enumerated military rank, as such any individual not dual enlisted will be classified as [E-0] unranked. Numerically, Lictor staff may be increased or decreased per the will of the Primus Consul. Appointment to the Lictor staff is done per the approval of the Primus Consul."

    Lictors perform the following:

~Investigations: Primarily of incoming applications directed to Curia, and the applicants. (For this aspect of the role it is essential to form relationships with individuals who have had impact on the applicant's past experiences.)

~information gathering (Again, need to be able to form relationships with various individuals who have encountered the applicant or subject of the information gathering)

~Investigate incidents and applicants to find facts, gather testimony, collect evidence, and compile a comprehensive report in a short period of time (Encouraged strongly to complete assignment within 72 hours of receiving and acknowledgment of the assignment)

~Advising Ordo Imperialis members of proper procedure in filling out a Curia Incident Report (CIR), weapons or uniform modification requests, etc.

~The lictor *may* request that a member comply with the standards of the group, but the role itself does not grant further authority to one's rank. In other words, an E-5 lictor, is simply an E-5.

~In the rare circumstance of a trial, a lictor may be asked to serve as a representative for prosecution or defense during a triumvirate.

This list notes a majority of areas that a lictor may be involved in, yet may not be fully developed. The investigative process of applications and incidents tends to present its own challenges at times, so please keep this in mind when considering the role.

Consiliators on the other hand are primarily the Ordo Imperialis "Counselors" which the name is derived from the Latin. They perform in some cases the same or similar duties to the Lictor, but have a unique focal area, as noted below:

~Investigation: They investigate Curia related matters at the consul's request and help to compile the information gathered for review with the consuls and the individual's CoC.

~Mediation: Consiliators provide mediation between two or more parties that may be having social difficulties between one another. This is in an attempt to prevent matters from escalating to levels that may require a CIR to be written.

~Counseling: The consiliators in this area shoulder a heavier burden, as the unique social challenges that can arise from a group of individuals can be numerous and intricate. Counseling can simply be offering your services in terms of listening to someone if they need assistance, or it can be in some case akin to career counseling when someone is uncertain as to which niche they wish to fulfill within the Ordo Imperialis.

~Writing and compiling "Counseling Statements" if required, in order to preserve record of interactions between group members.

~Generally helping, assisting, and monitoring the Ordo Imperialis on behalf of Officium Curia to ensure that the Ordo's "social climate" is being preserved in order to ensure group prosperity and general contentment among the members of the Ordo Imperialis.

    Ow.

More damage than shown in image, both mirrors severed and smashed, tank has gouges and puncture wounds and switchgear is smashed and Ffffed up, front diffuser warped etc.

Van pulled out sideways into two lanes of filtering traffic from behind a car that had stopped without looking or stopping first to do a u-turn. Was right on top of him and saw it all happen, just didn't have the braking distance, so brought it side on into his van and caved in the panels along the side with my body.

  5. The bike has since run in and will do 86mph flat out, which is 16mph more than the national limit, which is plenty for me.

Dis: No, they can run my plates and find out everything about me instantly. I am limited by law. Everything is electronically inter-connected now and UK police cars are fitted with automatic number-plate reading cameras that run every single plate they capture. It tells them if my bike has an M.O.T.(Road safety test), Insurance(Required by law in the UK), Tax(Also a legal requirement). It then tells them my age, name, address, and my passport details if I have one of those too, and shows a picture of me. So all they have to do is drive around and wait until a car/bike makes the onboard computer bleep. It shows them an image of the car that drove by/infront of them and which direction it was heading etc.

Did I mention UK drivers are some of the most heavily monitored, regulated, and taxed in the world?

  6. School year has restarted, it's going to be slightly quieter.

However, bear in mind that a raid team generally only has to be at least 3 people, so even if it's just 3 friends hitting New Jessie, it's still something. Start small, gather people onto it as they appear onto TS3/Titan and gain momentum, then switch up to bigger targets as they become available, call in higher qualified raid leaders if necessary.
