Thank you all for taking the time to attend todays meeting. I know Skyrim, Hyrule, and Caspian require our attention. However this meeting is a big(ish) one. First of all, I would like to start off with an announcement. Asara Thursday will be tapped as a Pawn enhancing resource and is being named the Training NCO for Victrix. For now this will be an honorary title held until her PC is back up to snuff to do something more than stand in place. Now a pause so everyone can congradulate her However this does not mean she will be completely out of the training scene, as I will be using her extensive amounts of knowledge and experience in preparing all of you for your trip to A cohors. Uniforms. For a while now Ordo CO's, which includes myself, have seemingly started to slack on uniform inspections. So, for your next PRF I will do an entire uniform inspection. This includes UCA's, BDU's, and Formals. I will be going over your merits as well as any potential mods you might have done to the uniform to ensure that all of you are within the uniform standards. Now with that said, It's time to segway into the next topic at hand. PRF's.. I've noticed a HUGE decline in the number of reviews given lately. Remember you can ask me at anytime, online or off. In most cases I will do the PRF asap upon recieving an IM about it. PRF's get you QP, which gets you gear, which is like the equivalent to candy. Candy is good, so bother me for PRF's :D! Now.. the next topic is a major one. Raid activity, LoA's and being active on base. This is something I personally struggle with as well, so I can understand the difficulties in the matter of participating in raids. However in a fit of aggrovation I have promised myself I would fix this issue, for myself as well as any of you who wish for the help. As of yesterday, out of 25 members of Victrix: 2 are new members less than a week in Ordo. 3 are on a LoA. 12 did /not/ make their raid requirements last week. 8 did their raid requirements. If you did the raid requirements last week, awesome. Otherwise ;( though I can't say much as I missed mine as well, Damn Skyrim.. Though there is a easy solution to this, I lead raids, that would focus on Victrix before other members of the Ordo Imperialis. This should be a easy enough thing to do if I keep to my motivation. Now, the next part, LoA's. They are important. It lets all of command know that you'll be away. Put up a LoA if your going away for a bit. etc.. If your going to be gone for a significant amount of time, Like more than a day. Last part for today, Being active on base/being available. I know it is a pain sometimes to stand around and do nothing. However, being active on base or just making yourself available is an important thing. I know alot of you are really good about being active and available. I just felt the need to touch on the subject. Making yourself available can mean anything from hanging out in TS3 despite being on SL, or even at your PC. There are Idling and AFK channels for that sort of stuff. For example, if you are playing Skyrim, hop into the gaming channel while you play. This way when shit hits the fan, you can be notified. Just some food for thought on the matter. Making yourself available doesn't mean you HAVE to respond, if just gives you the option to if you want to. However with that said, if you ditch the defense of Titan for a game you can literally exit with a saved game in 6 keystrokes I will be very unhappy with you >:C! That is all for today. Remember, as of today all of Victrix functions will be returning to normal. Including the killhouse sessions. I will let them slide due to thanksgiving this week, however it would be awesome if you took advantage of my offer to train with all of you.
