Aryte
Just a little observation here-- when Titan is under attack, regardless of how many attackers, all Ordo on map need to respond to security deployment. Do not sit back and enjoy the show. Defense is our primary concern and it must be maintained.
Gunau Sodwind
That means, Senior NCOs and Us officers need to step it up, whenever a contact comes, they need to be checked out and readiness prepared.Senior NCO's have the power to call readiness, it is all our jobs to report things to our highers (or just to me cuz i'm da war boss)got it? GOOD!
Rei Kuhr
Just something I want to mention relating to this:When we're under attack, dont question the call. Dont reply with "oh noes, it's just one person". Even IF it's only one person attacking, if officers or whomever is in charge of defense calls for it, show up. One person doesnt seem like much of a threat, but who can tell if it's just a lone attacker or the vanguard for an entire hostile military assault? This means too, if there's an announcement calling for more guards, either show up or dont, but cut the snarky comments. Some people have spent hours every day just to make sure Titan's always guarded, even though they dont have to. Step up and watch at least for a little bit a day so we all can do our part, instead of just the few.
Gulliver Carpool
Today, I was idling and there were Italians beyond the trench. I didn't see or hear anything from the spawn "yo, somebody be creepin'" alert thing. Is it sometimes behaving poorly lately?

Rei Kuhr
I know sometimes I come off as a bit serious. It's just the way I am. I grew up used to a military lifestyle. So dont take me saying what I said because I'm trying to be super serious. We have to remember, we're volunteers in a volunteer group on a game that is voluntary. Meaning there is no obligation for us to be on.However, we all understood the choice when we filled that application out. We all knew people would have to sit and guard the sim. We knew that there will be boring bits that we'd have to be at. So next time someone calls for backup, keep that in mind, that you did make a commitment.
