Just want to touch on this after recent confusion:

➡ AIRCRAFT CLASSIFICATIONS: Aircraft intended to be air dominance and have characteristics thereof (speed, maneuverability, et cetera) may not engage ground targets with primary "gun" devices. They may, at region discretion, utilize dumb fire rockets and other material.

This includes Ordo and attackers. So fast movers can rocket (etc). Slower gunships can direct fire. No exception for fast movers to use primary guns on armor.

That's a given. The only thing that doesnt require OIC auth with aircraft is the initial launch of fighters to counter air targets.
