Do: provide realistic feedback and detail opportunities for improvement/areas of success.

Don't: simply pump out five in ten minutes that simply show every field "good! excellent! awesome!"

The intent of a PRF is to provide FEEDBACK and to assist members in growth. If you're simply using them to mine for QP and put 0 thought into it, I will reject them henceforth. Then you can explain to your member why they didn't get their QP.
