[19:00] Aryte Vesperia: Let's get to it.

[19:01] Aryte Vesperia: This will be as brief as humanly possible. This is not a traditional weekly meeting.

[19:01] Jayce Iredell: Tiri those would sell like sugar crisp, no one would eat them.

[19:01] Aryte Vesperia: This evening, we're simply going over expectations and setting the pretense of me being gone for a few days. Many of you here have heard the same spiel a dozen times by now.

[19:02] Aryte Vesperia: I will be out of town from tomorrow, Thursday, until Monday the 26th.

[19:02] Aryte Vesperia: What that means to you . . is business as usual, with some slightly more heavy expectations in regards to conduct and the likes.

[19:02] Aryte Vesperia: I will have limited access, but will likely check in nightly just to make sure you're all doing well.

[19:02] Aryte Vesperia: I can be reached at a constant through offline IMs. I check them regulalr.y

[19:03] Aryte Vesperia: Regularly, rather.

[19:03] Aryte Vesperia: Many folks here also have my phone number, so if there's something dire, just poke around.

[19:03] Aryte Vesperia: Although I am on vacation, I don't mind taking a few minutes to maintain status qup.

[19:03] Aryte Vesperia: Quo, rather.

[19:03] Aryte Vesperia: Apologies, tired.

[19:04] Aryte Vesperia: In my absence, general procedures will continue without much exception. The only difference is, I will be allowing commanders to contact me to negotiate combat deployments. The targets, however, will not be any ground-breaking or out of the norm.

[19:04] Aryte Vesperia: If an officer wishes to head up a raid, they should contact me a good hour beforehand. It'll give me a chance to reply.

[19:05] Aryte Vesperia: If no raids occur, I'll probably sponsor them at random when I am bored at the hotel.

[19:05] Aryte Vesperia: Upon my return, we will launch a new campagin against some enemies we've left alone as of late--39th, Anamur, etc. So no worries.

[19:06] Aryte Vesperia: Natural tier of succession continues in my absence. Handle each day like you would any other. Listen to the base OIC, and keep yourselves in check.

[19:06] Aryte Vesperia: I do ask that officers continue their routines: call up training, get Ordo involved, keep it amusing while I am off doing my thing.

[19:06] Aryte Vesperia: What I ask from everyone: please be on your best behaviour. I love nothing more than to log on to check up and hear "nothing's wrong! :D"

[19:06] Aryte Vesperia: It's been . . oh, two years, since I've logged on to ":( drama."

[19:07] Aryte Vesperia: So let's keep it that way. It seriously makes me very happy to be able to have a carefree time off.

[19:07] Aryte Vesperia: If you make my time off enjoyable, I'll make the time when I return even more exciting.

[19:08] Aryte Vesperia: I don't expect there to be any issues, not in the least. I have full confidence in everyone. There's rarely a situation to mention in our day to day practices.

[19:08] Aryte Vesperia: I do ask that someone draw the short straw every day and post a brief summary of the day's events on the forums fo rme.

[19:09] Aryte Vesperia: I do like being able to recap quickly, rather than having to spend time poking around trying to find someone.

[19:09] Aryte Vesperia: If I hop on anytime during my vacation, please try to spare me anything that isn't immediate and pressing. I'll likely only be about to clear IMs, check up quickly, and make sure all is well.

[19:11] Sosarin Demar: I think it might be a good idea to start a seperate thread for each day this time so multiple people can post on that day. I remember last time it was hard to cap what happened in a day all with one person. Not a big deal, either way I suppose.
