READ ME: Note on Reporting

There have been some overly basic incident reports filed as of late. Not to mention the many threats passed around of "I'll report you!"

Foremost, the Ordo Imperialis is very big on personal responsibility and accountability-- if it's something small, don't skip right to reporting them. And never "wave" the threat of reporting under someone's nose. Instead of say . . writing a report and sending it to Curia (mandatory investigation and a waste of their time), simply message the individual and deal with it politely, in private.
