Terra needs more Magisters to implement the Terra Training Program.

You should be at least E-4 and Active within the Ordo.

Your roles would include:

o) Performing education duties and qualifiying those who wish to do so on the range.

o) Conduct live training exercises within Titan.

o) Conduct live training exercises outside of Titan. (Under the Guidance of the Imperator.)

o) Administer examinations and participate in the evaluation of cadets and trainees performance on their possibly graduation from Armatura thus making them elegible for Alpha Squad selection.

o) Participate in forum discussions about prospective candidates positions in a fair manner.

o) Commanding small groups of trainees through Killhouse training, timing cadets and delivering trophys etc.

o) Responsible for the paperwork and adminsitrative duties that the above would entail.

Being a Magister is an opportunity for you to show your ability to lead a squad, conduct tactical training exercises and basically get into the full swing of the responsibilites of an NCO.
