Individuals within Aeternus have served within the Ordo Imperialis for at least six months and have ended their career honorably, opting out of participation within other organizations to maintain a "retired" status within the Ordo Imperialis.Aeternus have a special status within the Ordo Imperialis. They are neither civilians nor entirely members of the organization. There are two "types" of Aeternus: former administratio and former enlisted personnel. For the most part, the permissions granted to either are relatively the same, spare a few crucial differences.I. Former Enlisted- NOT members of the main Ordo Imperialis group.- Permitted to be armed with the approval of the standing OIC on region; not to exceed small arms (assault rifles/handguns).- May participate within the defense of the region with approval of the standing OIC; subject to the OIC's authority.- May be dressed in their former dress attire if desired; not armor.- No rank authority; subject to the orders of standing administration while on region. - May be behind the security perimeter or within the general area (any area within the region that an enlisted individual would be allowed within).- May maintain access to Ventrilo.II. Former Officers- May remain in main Ordo Imperialis group.- Permitted to be armed; privilege may be revoked within reason by standing OIC; not to exceed small arms (assault rifles/handguns).- May participate within the defense of the region with approval of the standing OIC; subject to the OIC's authority.- May be dressed in their former attire if desired.- No rank authority; subject to the orders of standing administration while on region. - May be behind the security perimeter or within the general area (any area within the region that an officer would be allowed within).- May maintain access to Ventrilo.At any time, Aeternus status becomes null and void if the individual participates within another military community organization. Aeternus status may be revoked on reason of disrespect, failure to adhere to standards listed above, or other general abuse of Aeternus privileges.
