Gulliver Carpool
So, I approved some PRFs today. There are some that sit around a while. I approved an Astra person's PRF. I'm Astra. So, is it *mandatory* that the person be reviewed by their direct supervisor? This makes sense for a lot of reasons, but the folks running Cohors A and B would have a pantload of folks. This also serves as a reminder: If you're staff, check for your people and give them thorough and thoughtful reviews. You owe them that. Williamca Zenovka
The person being reviewed has to be reviewed by their direct superior. So if they are a part of a flight it is done by the flight lead. If the flight lead needs one it is handled by the officers that oversee their flight. In terra its the same way the person above you who oversees you or is most active around you to notice when you request it.
Lupus Mielziner
a little problem about some PRF's people request them but only show up online very rare its hard to review some people in person, as example why i got a few opend in my Century. Some of the points should be reviewed in personal presents of the Individual wich requested the PRF.
